EXPERIENCE

Work & Experience

15+ years designing products, platforms, and teams through increasingly complicated technology—and somehow making them simpler along the way.
From Apple and LinkedIn to Salesforce, my work has spanned consumer products, enterprise platforms, design systems, AI, and the organizational systems that help teams do their best work.

Salesforce

At Salesforce, I lead UX across emerging platform experiences at the intersection of AI, agentic experiences, and enterprise software. I founded and lead a UX team focused on agentic experiences, shaping how customers build, configure, and interact with AI-powered products across Salesforce. My work spans Agentforce, Headless Platform, Agentic UI Builder, and the emerging design patterns needed to bring agentic experiences to life across channels and frameworks. Beyond individual products, I work across product, engineering, design systems, and multiple cloud organizations to create alignment around complex platform problems—and turn ambitious technology into experiences customers can actually understand and use. Leadership & Impact Lead and mentor a distributed team of 9 designers. Shape UX strategy for major Platform and Agentforce initiatives. Drive 0→1 exploration across AI and agentic experiences. Create frameworks and workflows that reduce design churn and cross-team rework. Partner with senior product and design leadership to translate emerging technology into product strategy.

Apple

At Apple, I worked on products where simplicity isn't a feature—it's the expectation. My work focused on creating intuitive experiences within a broader ecosystem of products, technologies, and customer needs. It was an early lesson in designing with constraints, obsessing over the details, and understanding how seemingly small interaction decisions can have an outsized impact on the overall experience. The experience shaped how I approach design today: start with the human problem, understand the system around it, and make the complexity disappear. What I learned Designing within highly complex product ecosystems. Balancing customer needs with technical and business constraints. Using systems thinking to create consistent experiences. The value of restraint—and knowing when not to design something.

LinkedIn

At LinkedIn, I worked on the Design Systems team, shaping experiences across corporate communications and internal employee experiences. My work focused on creating cohesive, scalable design patterns that could work across a wide range of organizational needs—from how LinkedIn communicates with employees to the tools and experiences they use every day. Working at the intersection of design systems, communication, and employee experience strengthened my belief that good design isn't just about individual products. It's about creating the systems and shared language that allow an organization to communicate clearly and build better experiences at scale. What I worked on Design systems and scalable UX patterns Corporate communications experiences Employee-facing digital experiences Cross-functional collaboration across a large organization Creating consistency across diverse internal products and touchpoints

Earlier Work

Before enterprise platforms and AI agents, I was busy designing everything from e-commerce experiences to desktop software and consumer products. These projects are where I learned the fundamentals: how to understand users, simplify complexity, prototype quickly, and make things people actually want to use.
